Wellness, not medical care
ThothMind is not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Crisis resources remain available inside the app and at findahelpline.com.
Acceptance
By downloading or using ThothMind, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. Anyone aged 13 to 17 should use ThothMind with parental guidance.
Free access
The crisis session and daily mood check-in are free. One guided meditation and one breathwork session a day are also free. The availability of a connected feature can depend on internet access and App Store service availability.
Premium subscriptions
Weekly Premium is listed at a USD reference price of $3.99 with a 3-day trial. Annual Premium is listed at $59.99 with a 7-day trial. Your storefront may display a different local price.
Apple bills and manages subscriptions. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial or billing period ends, the selected plan renews automatically. Cancel through Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass access controls, reverse-engineer it where prohibited, or use it to harm or harass another person.
Intellectual property
ThothMind's software, interface, audio, writing and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app under these terms.
No warranty
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee a health outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ThothMind is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change. Material changes will be described in the app or on this page. Questions can be sent to legal@thothmind.app.
