What does Premium add?

Premium removes the daily meditation and breathwork limit and unlocks Sleep, Focus, Circles and the weekly review.

Who is Serenity?

Serenity is the guide voice across ThothMind. It leads six meditation techniques, pauses when you pause, and resumes from the same sentence.

Which languages are supported?

The app and website support English and Turkish.

Haptics

How does haptic breathing work?

The phone pulses when a breathing phase changes, so you can follow the rhythm by touch instead of watching a countdown.

Can I turn haptics off?

Yes. Breathwork settings include a haptic pacing switch. The on-screen phase guide continues to work when it is off.

Which breathing techniques are included?

Box breathing, 4-7-8, coherent breathing, the physiological sigh, energizing breath and deep calm.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Weekly includes three days and Annual includes seven days.

How do I cancel?

Open Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions and cancel ThothMind at least 24 hours before renewal. Access continues through the paid period.

What happens after the trial?

The plan you selected renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

How do I restore a purchase?

Use Restore Purchases inside ThothMind with the same Apple Account that made the purchase.

Technical

Which devices are supported?

ThothMind is available for iPhone on iOS 16 or later. There is no Android app.

What works offline?

Breathwork pacing works offline. You can also download the app's voice audio for offline playback. Live Circles and cross-device sync need a connection.

Do I need an account?

No sign-in is needed for the crisis session, daily check-in, or daily free meditation and breathwork. Apple Sign-In is available when you want cross-device access and Circles.

When should I avoid breathwork?

Stop if you feel dizzy, lightheaded or tingling. Ask a doctor first if you are pregnant or have a cardiovascular or respiratory condition or epilepsy. Never practise while driving or in water.
