By accessing or using ThothMind ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use ThothMind. Users between 13 and 17 should use the Service with parental guidance. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the plan you selected.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed by RevenueCat through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Pricing: Monthly $9.99/month; Annual $59.99/year.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

Price changes

We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or exploit others
• Attempt to circumvent subscription or content restrictions
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Service

All content in ThothMind — including AI-generated session scripts, audio recordings, UI design, and branding — is owned by ThothMind or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

ThothMind uses advanced artificial intelligence models to generate meditation scripts. While we review content categories and safety guidelines, AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect. Sessions are for wellness purposes only and should not be relied upon for medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThothMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
